Abstract: A study is reported of the properties of low-temperature (T=2 K) excitonic reflection spectra and luminescence spectra of single-crystal solid solutions of semiconductors, Zn/sub x/Cd/sub 1-x/Se, that exhibit a structure phase transition. (6 References)
